New Online Facilities for OFTEC Registered Technicians
To assist Technicians with everyday tasks, the OFTEC Technical Department has devised three calculation tools, which are available to download free of charge from the Registered Technicians area of the OFTEC website. By answering a series of simple questions, the tools offer the end user guidance on calculating the siting of oil storage tanks, appliance air supply requirements and condensing boiler exemption.
In addition, OFTEC has recently posted new “frequently asked questions” covering oil boilers, oil storage tanks and oil supply systems, as well as a comprehensive list of external links to relevant regional legislative and guidance documents.
