OFTEC Awards for Excellence 2008
OFTEC Awards for Excellence trophies Promoting Excellence in Oil Heating & Cooking is what OFTEC is all about, however, without the OFTEC Registered Technicians, Companies, Oil Distributors and Training Centres this would not be possible and that is why for the sixth year running OFTEC is holding the annual Awards for Excellence which gives the opportunity to recognise and reward their skill, hard work and dedication to the Oil Industry.
There are three awards in each category, Gold, Silver and Bronze plus a prize of £500 for the winners of Technician Awards.
The categories are:
Oil Boiler Installer of the Year, Oil Cooker & Stove Installer of the Year, and Oil Tank Installer of the Year
OFTEC Registered Technicians can apply using the Installer's Award entry form (right)
Oil Distribution Depot of the Year
Distributors can nominate up to five depots - one in each region using the entry form (right)
Service & Commissioning Technician of the Year
(Nominated by Regional Inspectors)
Trainee of the Year
Trainees can apply by using the nomination form (right)
Training Centre of the Year
OFTEC Training Centres can apply by using the nomination form (right)
Two NEW Awards
OFTEC are pleased to announce two new awards for 2008 for OFTEC Member Companies in which OFTEC Registered Technicians can vote:

Best Green Initiative/Product
The judging for all categories has now been completed and winners notified. If you would like to join us at the awards to see who wins which award tickets are available at £90 each or £900 for a table of 10.
