Full time ICT Manager

Full-time: 37½ hours p/w - Competitive salary and superb benefits package

Based in our offices in Kesgrave, near Ipswich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their IT career. As well as providing the day-to-day hardware / software support and training to all system users, you'll also be managing relationships with our external database, hardware and website providers in line with SLAs.

As part of OFTEC's committment to improving processes, you will also play a key role in projects to expand ICT based processes within the company, including the data migration to CRM system. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of our existing technician database, which will involve the creation of specification changes and subsequent testing prior to release to end users (both internal and external).

It is essential that the ideal candidate has a strong IT background and has proven experience in the management, use, development and enhancement of databases and CRM systems. A good working knowledge of Sage and Office365 would also be desirable.
